How to setup a Thank you Page Survey?
Note:
If you have recently upgraded your Thank you page to Checkout extensibility (you can check that by going to Store Settings > Checkout Settings and it will show if your Thank you page has been upgraded), then, you don't need to follow from Step 4 onwards. Do this instead:
- Open Checkout Editor, click on Thank you page.
- Add app block and pick AMP Survey and place it wherever you wish.
Our post purchase surveys can be embedded in the Thank you Page of your store to get customer insights! For merchants on pro plan on our Lifetimely by AMP - they even get to filter their reports with survey responses. Surveys are available on our free plan.
Here are steps to set-up a survey on AMP Conversion:
1) Upon installing Conversion and picking a plan, you will be taken to the app dashboard. Here you can click on the first step of onboarding (see below). Or you can also directly click on the Survey tile on the dashboard in the last row.
2) You can pick one of our default surveys or create your own. This step is only to pick the set of questions you want to showcase. As final step, you need to enable it once on Thank you Page for it to show up on your store .
3) Once you have picked your survey, you will be taken to the Thank you page for customizations with the pop-up below (if you are setting up for the first time). Otherwise, you can go to the Thank you page setup from the app dashboard.
4) To give our app access to store’s Thank you Page, please copy this script in Order Status Page section of Checkout settings
5) Once done, you can customize any title or text want and enable surveys
6) Lastly, enable Thank you page to get the surveys embedded live on your store
