How to add translations to my widgets?

You can create translations for most of the sections of the different Placements directly in the app's dashboard so that when a shopper changes language in your store, the information will automatically be updated.

Note: Showing additional languages in Upsells' features also requires a translation app. I.e., Weglot, Shopify translate and Adapt, Langify.

To add your translations, follow these steps:

  • In the Placement where you need to add the translation, click on the Settings tab and then click on Translations.

  • In the new form, Select the language and enter the translated text in the available fields. Remember to click on Save Changes once it is done.

The product title translations are managed by Shopify. We provide the ability to make sure the other sections of the widgets don't look out of brand by giving translated value.

You can preview how the widget will look by choosing the translated language in the dropdown available in the app's dashboard.
