How do upsells work with muti-currency stores?

We understand that you may have single domain supporting multiple currencies & geographies. Our app follows Shopify guidelines when it comes to handling multiple currencies and geographies.

1) Product Page Embedded Upsell offers: These offers will follow your store's selected currency. If your store's currency is in USD, the offer will be shown in USD; if it is GBP, the offer will be shown in GBP.

2) Product Page Pop-up Upsell offers: These offers will follow your store's selected currency. If your product page's currency is in USD, the offer will be shown in USD; if it is GBP, the offer will be shown in GBP.

3) Cart: Our slide cart will follow your store's selected currency.

With our slide cart, you can even set-up free shipping thresholds for various geographies - just reach out to our support and we will set it up for you.

4) Checkout page: These offers will follow your store's selected currency. If your store's currency is in USD, the offer will be shown in USD; if it is GBP, the offer will be shown in GBP. However, unlike cart, Shopify only allows base currency free shipping threshold if you are using our free shipping bar on checkout page

5) Post purchase one-click upsells: Post purchase upsells are only shown for base currency of the store & skipped for all other currencies i.e. if your store's base currency is USD and shopper is buying in GBP - the upsell will not be shown. This is not just our app but happens to all 3rd party apps on the app store.

6) Thank you & Order Status pages: These offers will follow your store's selected currency. If your store's currency is in USD, the offer will be shown in USD; if it is GBP, the offer will be shown in GBP.
