How do I exclude products from my upsells or Journeys?

To exclude products from your upsells or Journeys, go to the "Products" section in the left menu:



There you will be able to see all the products in your store. In the "Exclude" column, enable the toggle for the products you want to exclude, and the changes will be saved automatically.

Changes will take around 5 minutes to be reflected. We also recommend using an incognito tab to test your store after the time has passed.

This option to exclude products will also exclude them from Shopify or Lifetimely automated recommendations.
