Creating Upgrade & Save "True Upsell" popups

Setup Instructions

When creating Upsells via Journeys, you will notice there Upgrade & Save is an option for both Product Page popups and Cart Upsells.

The main thing is to add your Upgrade item. The other details can be revisited subsequently after configuration.

After this is done, click on the pencil icon to pull up a quick preview.

The Offer Settings on the left give you a chance to adjust copywriting of the popup offer AND revisit additional settings earlier like making custom adjustments to the Product title, enabling subscription variants or adding an additional discount.

Click "Done" when ready to return to your Journey page.

Remember to Save your changes and turn Journey active on the top of your screen.

Before you can test this on your live or backup theme, you will need to visit the popup Placement page either through the left navigation bar or edit placement button on the journey to ensure your popups settings are configured the way you intended. Complete also the settings to turn the app widget ON for your theme of choice.

Due to caching properties across our cloud servers globally, It can take up to 5minutes for the changes to populate on your themes usually. Consider refreshing and clearing your cache and cookies if you are using your existing browsers OR use a new incognito window to test.
